Applicants should:

- Identify as a trans man or transmasculine person of color, inclusive of nonbinary, gender-expansive, and other diverse transmasculine identities.
- Demonstrate financial need.
- Understand the steps required to pursue gender-affirming surgery.
- Select an experienced gender-affirming surgeon located in the United States.

Grant recipients will be selected based on financial need and preparedness.
